You can substitute it with Huminsulin 30/70, Mixtard 30/70, Insugen 30/70, Insuman 30/70 etc. But unlike Novomix 30/70 which should be taken just before meals, for other Insulins which I mentioned, should be taken 30 minutes before meals.

You probably need to take insulin long-term to keep your sugars under control under the supervision of your doctor. In lean diabetics with very high blood sugars, insulin should be continued probably lifelong

The data extrapolated from this trial is revealing promising and positive results. The oral formulation of this insulin, currently named ormd-0801, is in capsule form. Oramed pharmaceuticals is the first pharmaceutical company to attempt oral insulin that has progressed this far in the trial.
But you should not take anything without doctor's advise as it may be harmful.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

More HbA1c means more uncontrolled diabetes and may require more insulin.
Normally diabetologist starts insulin considering age of patient, duration of dm, HbA1c...more

First control diabetes. HbA1c should be maximum 6.5 before conceiving. It's better if you can consult gynaecologist for pre-conceptional care, right now.

You must be having Type 1 DM. It seems that you are taking Rapidly acting insulin before food. You still need a shot of either intermediate acting or long acting insulin. Kindly visit your diabetologist for the same.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given and understand your concern. From the glucose levels mentioned it is clear that your present medication is not adequate. Plus there is a need to look at your diet, exercise being done daily, weight control, lipid profile as well as serum creatinine and urea.
