Yes she can use that Insulin, only ensure that it is also 40 iu per ml, so that dosage becomes same. Plus the syringe used should also should be 40u/ml one. Thanks.

Get your hba1c checked.
Do smbg charting with glucometer.
Good sugar control can limit ed problem in most early cases.
There are certain medications like sildenafil, etc which can help in this condition. Ed can be due to extensive atherosclerosis in pelvic vessels, neural, psychitric, endocrinal etc so investigating the cause is necessary.

Mr Iqbal, 100 g rice, apple, orange all this OK, provided your blood sugar levels are in control. You are on Insulin 30/70, 18 units twice a day plus is there any other oral anti diabetes drug ? Ayurvedic drugs could be just a supportive therapy. If diabetes is in control then fasting should be closer to 100 mg and PP should be around 150 to 170 mg and HbA1c% should be <7%.
