i ll suggest u to stop dat oil insteade.. u cn make hair oil at home ,,mix coconut oil 50ml + olive oil 25 ml+castor oil 25 ml+almond oil 25 ml .
improve ur protein intake,include green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits in ur diet,drink 2-3 lit of water daily,exercise 45 min daily .

The best solution would be carry some fruits,buttermilk with ginger added to it,drop in to have some fresh kokum juice or coconut water. This will help minimize the effects of indigestion

hello take high fiber diet . take plenty of water. have small and frequent meals,. do walk daily.take plenty of fruit .avoid sugar,rice,potato,pumpkin,white bread, egg yolk,oily food,fried food, junk food.take meals on fix time.don't skip your meals and breakfast specially.

Fruits even though gd for health, if consumed in large quantities at one go, definitely spike more insulin release n d extra carbohydrates from those fruits get converted into fats. Remember anything in excess at a particular meal, will surely get converted to fats.

It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. The total calories should be more than the energy required. There should be a step-wise increase in the calories, as a sudden increase may not be tolerated. Fluids should be restricted before and during meals. At night before going to bed, have warm milk.
