If I think you are suffering from ankylosing spondylitis. you can try indomethacin if you haven't. Nowadays tnf alpha inhibitors are also given for the same. Exercise is a must in these diseases.

Dear moon Ankylosing spondylitis is an arthritis which involves our spine and pelvis bone in young adults ,you are a signboard case of AS, and on DMRD and pain management .mostly acute the pain subsides with indomethacin and steroids .you should consult a Rheumatologist and think of starting with biological agent which is bit costly and if you can afford definitely you will get relief. But keep on doing certain exercise which will be instructed.

Consult if possible. Need to go through the report and other basic history and tests that might needed to be done before prescribing any medicine. For the time being, cut down your protein intake. If you have severe pain while walking, take indomethacin tablet sos. This is a pain killer. To start with something specific for uric acid, need to check you further.
