Don't stop any medication without your doc's advice.
If you suddenly stop a medicine, the effect from the previous days carry on for some more days; that's why you feel better. Eventually the medicine will lose its effects & you won't feel good.

Dear Shubhranil,
It depends on the diagnosis. If it is a situational anxiety, you can stop after the situation improved or passed off. If it is one of the anxiety disorders, you need to continue and consult the doctor again without stopping.

Frequent change in medication is not a good idea. Now that you are on inderal stick with it for a few days /week before changing it. The correct drug for you can be only prescribed after a complete review of the type, frequency and other details about headache.
