There is no such eye drops which reduce the Myopic power , you may keep your eye healthy with the help of swimming , yoga ,gym , pranayam & lots of green vegetables & seasonal fruits , only way to remove power is LASIK or Smile LASIK.

Use a wet washcloth to clean off the eyelids and face.
Rinse the eyes with a small amount of warm water. Tears will do the rest.
Then put a cold wet washcloth on the itchy eye.
Prevention wash the hair every night because it collects lots of pollen.
