Hello,
take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's alpha-cf, biocombination-6 and sbl's cough lozenges, both thrice a day for 4-5days.
Avoid rough use of voice.
Avoid cold food/ drinks.
Avoid sitting long hours in a/c rooms.
Do gargles with warm water and salt 2-3 times a day.
Take steam -inhalation twice daily

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain.
