Ivermectin is no longer recommended as no benefit is found. At this stage, doxycycline would also not be recommended as there is no need of antibiotic right now
you can give vit c an zinc supplement along with budecort 2puff twice daily if there is breathing difficulties and paracetamol if there is fever. Give betadiene gargles and give plenty of fluids.
Do not take steroid without consulting a physician first!
take care.

The condition most often occurs when people wear tight-fitting clothing that traps in moisture.
Wash the affected skin two to three times a day.
Keep the affected area dry.
Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear.
Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents.
Wash your workout clothes, underwear, socks, and towels after each use.
Keep your affected area, inner thighs, and buttocks clean and dry, especially after you exercise...more

Hello lybrate user, there are various causes of acne like oily or dry skin due to hormonal imbalance, exposure to dust, pollution,  hereditary, lack of enough sleep, stress, unhealthy food habits etc..; dust clogs the tiny openings of sweat gland or oil gland which ultimately results into acne and blackheads.
External application like ointment/antipimple cream is of less use unless and until internal cause is well treated and cure.
Always wash your face with gentle facewash after exposure...more

Dear Lybrate make sure that you don't use others clothes, towels, soaps and all the clothes are properly washed in warm water and dried fully under sun.
Check whether you have scabies or some other skin problem. More likely you have some other skin problem. Consult doctor with pictures of your skin problem.
