vitamin D sachets or capsules are available along with calcium. don't exceed the dose beyond 500 IU and 500 mg. good combination of both is in shelcal 500
vitamin K helps absorption of vitamin D.
dexorange syrup for iron is easily tolerated without causing vomiting, and constipation or gastro effects and iron folic acid supplements are available at most of primary health centers
never take iron and calcium together or with milk

Hello lybrate-user. Heel pain may result from plantar fasciatis or calcaneal spur. A fascia at sole of the foot gets injured due to improper footwear mostly or lifestyle n calcaneal spur is the exrra growth of the calcaneus (bone of heel). Use of soft footwear inside as well as outside the house, stretching of TA and plantar fascia will help. Beter to visit a Physiotherapist who will evaluate your pain thourouly and give proper treatment. Ultrasound therapy may also help.
