This is due to lack of protective layer of mouth which is mucus and saliva, the reason is lack of hydration which leads to concentrate acid, hence this leads to acidity, to prevent it you should keep yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you.

Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg.,
take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.
Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day.
Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.
when infection in kidney it can not exit uric acid from body.

There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help

-The acidic foods that you should limit or avoid include, grains, sugar, dairy products like paneer, cheese, fish, processed foods, sweetened beverages, high protein foods & supplements, also limit nuts such as cashews, peanuts & walnuts, seeds such as pumpkin & sunflower seeds, salt, coffee.
