Eat well as balanced diet (take protein and hydrate yourself, strengthen / condition your leg muscles - exercises (static cycling*/** under water walking upto pelvis or mid chest level;-10-15 mins take precaution )* avoid exertion, don't think of pain perception while on exercise, on exercising casually you have pain avoid that and have a rest. Hello,
YOu have taken the right treatment . You just need to continue the dosage twice a day for at least 3 days before swelling shall reduce. For pain re;lief you may take brufen even thrice a day if required.
