Bronchitis (asthama) is inflammation of bronchus system. Majority of time problem is allergic in condition. Allergy are mainly due to dust pollution food fruits with pesticides etc. Mainly here we have to increase immunity so that no allergy can happen and well this done by homoeo medicines. Safe effective and cheap.

Eat well as balanced diet (take protein and hydrate yourself, strengthen / condition your leg muscles - exercises (static cycling*/** under water walking upto pelvis or mid chest level;-10-15 mins take precaution )* avoid exertion, don't think of pain perception while on exercise, on exercising casually you have pain avoid that and have a rest. Have atleast 8 hours of sleep.
