If you are experiencing side effects, please stop taking the drug immediately. Ibuprofen can be very dangerous especially if you take an overdose of it. Please visit a doctor and get the correct dosage of the right drug for you after informing him about other medical conditions, if you have any.

I hope you have consulted a pediatrician before giving the above medicines. Give paracetamol syrup
saline nasal drops
medicine containing levoceterizine and monteleukast. That will fix things.
I am not sure if your baby needs antibiotic bit I will leave that decision to your pediatrician.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Kindly share if you are also having burning pain over the upper part of abdomen, this might be nothing but gastric ulcer? Do you have a long history of repeated ingestion of paracetamol and ibuprofen, you see ibuprofen can cause gastric ulcer hence the blood in vomit. To confirm the diagnosis you have to get a endoscopy done. You can consult to me on Lybrate by taking online appointment for the symptomatic relief in the mean time. Thankyou.

As such if a child is having normal indian food then there is no need of a supplement at all but if child is not eating properly then first approach should be towards proper eating habits and not just to give supplements bcz no supplement can give you proper nutrition still if you want to give then they all have different nutritive value and you can give them alternatively.
