Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Regestrone is not a contraceptive. If there is any likelihood of pregnancy, it best to do a urine pregnancy test for confirmation. Regestrone is given to initiate menstrual bleeding if the cause of delay is anything but pregnancy.

Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details you can consult me.

Hello lybrate-user.
It is not a solution.
And most probably the bleeding will again start as you stop taking the pills.
Better take homoeopathic treatment to cure the problem permanent.

Homoeopathy medicines have best solution for this. It corrects your natural hormonal imbalance & regulates it. So, preventing future recurrence of the same.
