With out proper examination it's difficult. Still pain means something wrong, if it unites wrong then might be pain due to compression of some structure. Consult Orthopedic. For time being do warm foamentation.

Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500 mg twelve hourly one after breakfast and one after dinner for five days and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg.
