Take High protein Diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take Milk and Milk Products. Take 2-3 egg Daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. After workout take high protein item.

Home Remedy-
Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week.
Treatment-
1-Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner.
2-Take pranacharya udarasav improved 2-2 tsf with water twice day
3--Take Pranacharya Liv cure syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day.
Diet-drink butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea and coffee.

Eating a variety of flavors from food may help increase your appetite. Avoid eating bland foods; that can do little for increasing your appetite.

Adding fresh or dried herbs to dishes can help enhance flavor and also add nutritional value to a meal.

Try either cooking or ordering from a restaurant a different cuisine you are not used to.

For example, try adding in Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern or other ethnic flavors into your meals.

Best way to reduce weight is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, in which there is no mention of how is your blood glucose controlled. Sometimes if blood glucose is not wll controlled, there is a chance of loosing weight and developing signs of general weakness. The medicine mentioned (cyproheptadine) is actually an antihistamine. Appetite stumlation is a side-effect of that drug. It is not supposed to be taken for that at all. Plus it will produce fair amount of drowsiness. Thanks.
