i ll suggest u to stop dat oil insteade.. u cn make hair oil at home ,,mix coconut oil 50ml + olive oil 25 ml+castor oil 25 ml+almond oil 25 ml .
improve ur protein intake,include green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits in ur diet,drink 2-3 lit of water daily,exercise 45 min daily .

The best solution would be carry some fruits,buttermilk with ginger added to it,drop in to have some fresh kokum juice or coconut water. This will help minimize the effects of indigestion

You can substitute it with Huminsulin 30/70, Mixtard 30/70, Insugen 30/70, Insuman 30/70 etc. But unlike Novomix 30/70 which should be taken just before meals, for other Insulins which I mentioned, should be taken 30 minutes before meals.

hello take high fiber diet . take plenty of water. have small and frequent meals,. do walk daily.take plenty of fruit .avoid sugar,rice,potato,pumpkin,white bread, egg yolk,oily food,fried food, junk food.take meals on fix time.don't skip your meals and breakfast specially.

Fruits even though gd for health, if consumed in large quantities at one go, definitely spike more insulin release n d extra carbohydrates from those fruits get converted into fats. Remember anything in excess at a particular meal, will surely get converted to fats.

For reduction of fasting sugar lever first of all reduched your dinner. It should be only 250 gram carbohydrate and lots of salad and increase your insulin level and for your post prandial to have lots of fiber rich breakfast. 1 medium bowl ots, wheat flakes, egg white, 2 toast.
