Cataract is opacification of normal lens present in eye. The symptoms are decrease in vision. There is no way to prevent it. Only treatment require is surgery which is a day care procedure. It is age related change in majority of cases and so it affects both human and animals.

cancer which has occurred now cannot be prevented. This needs to be treated.
Rest for prevention give up smoking which is a coincidental factor on causing the disease.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Add amla in diet and do 30mints of exercise and deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right.

commonest cause of gynecomastia at your age is physiological due to hormonal imbalances. It is usually on one side and subsides within a few months.
