No it is not because of gym. What is your age. Were they regular before this. If there r no chances of pregnancy, then do not worry they will come.
Whatever is your cycle days plus minus seven days is absolutely normal. Like in your case your cycle is of 28 days, so your periods can come between 21 days (28-7=21) to 35 days (28+7=35). We will take it as normal.

The tablets are fine to increase the levels initially...
Also the food.like.milk, grape seed extract are good for vegans.
But proper treatment of low B12 is required so that in future this doesn't happens... Otherwise stopping the tablet will again cause b12 deficiencies..
The normal levels are 250 around..

It's not mandatory to be so meticulous that you have to measure the calories every time you eat. The thumb rule is to eat all types of fruits and vegetables along with your local staple food. Let your hunger be the guide to help you eat. If you are active and work hard physically (or if involved in sports) then your requirements of calories will increase. For a normal moderately active person 2000 calorie are sufficient.

Bp varies with age and stress. So if you have symptoms of hypertension thwn I can explain to you. Normal bp varies from 120-140 /80-90 .but single reqding of the bp can not decide that you have bp.

Although your query is not clear. It seems that you want to say that you have fearful dreams if you watch any news or you have fear from any human being. It is normal. I suggest you to read a motivational stuff before going to sleep. Do not use electronic gadgets at least one hour before going to sleep. You will feel better. You can write a letter to your higher power or God and handover all your fears to HIM before going to sleep.
