I am 8 weeks pregnant. Yesterday doctor advised to take pubergen 500 injection for two days. Why it is used? I s it safe to take pubergen 5000 injection during pregnancy?

Pubergen is human chorionic gonadotrophin - a hormone produced by the ovaries during pregnancy. It helps to support the baby in early pregnancy.
This is a perfectly safe injection and is prescribed in early pregnancies with pain or bleeding.

Fertigyn. Hp. 5000. Iu is a hormone injection normally use to develop egg normally. This medication is prescribed by doctor only.

As you can see it is higher dose than hucog 5000.
It is nothing like more effective but some need higher dose.

This pain could be ovulation pain which usually occurs during the midcycle and disappears by itself in one or two days. Or it could be because of infection. Since you are at trying to conceive better not to take any antibiotics at present. Just use some hygienic wash for the time being and wit for few days.

I am 38 years old trying for conceive from last one year but failed now taking treatment for that my last lmp was 26th may doctor advice for ovulation study which is start from 4th june three studies have done n it's shows right ovary 20×13 n left ovary 16×10, et 5.8 mm n minimal fluid shown and doctor given me fertigyn 10000 injection, taking progynova 2 mg also .is it helpful in conceiving. What is minimal fluid. please suggest which step we need take next.

Implantation bleeding is like spotting only. Fertigyne injection is given to release your egg. Chances of pregnancy depends on whether your egg ruptured after that single dose, open tubes and timing of your intercourse, counts of your husband.
