Hello thanks for your Query. Hope her BP is normal. She has both kidney problem. They are into failure stage. S. Cr should be less than 1.4, here its 6.52. Please take her to hospital as she may require dialysis. Emergency required.

She is having diabetic nephropathy. Please consult a Nephrologist and keep her blood sugar controlled. Avoid analgesics and anti inflammatory and other nephrotoxic medicines.

The glucose urine test measures the amount of sugar (glucose) in a urine sample. The presence of glucose in the urine is called glycosuria or glucosuria.
An albumin test checks urine for a protein called albumin. Albumin is normally found in the blood and filtered by the kidneys. Yes it’s good. U also need to do X-ray KUB. Are you having any burning in urine. Any urgency or frequency of urination. Do the following--
you maintain high grade of personal hygiene. Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
Wear cotton underclothesStay hydrated
Keep the area dry.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Most of the parameters mentioned look within normal limits, except FBG. Blood glucose 120 mg is in the pre-diabetic category. There is no mention of after food glucose level Also no height and weight details are given. Thanks.
