Skin lite is a unique triple-combination topical therapy for the short-term treatment of the dark spots associated with moderate-to-severe facial melasma. Skin lite Cream should always be used in conjunction with sun-avoidance measures, like using sunscreens and wearing protective clothing. Skin lite may improve the appearance of melasma but is not a cure. Such medications should be used only under careful observation of your dermatologist.

Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc., which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal.
• Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense...more

Hello lybrate-user! Please do not use these creams. I am presuming they are hydroquinone and steroid based creams which are not good for the skin. If you want skin lightening creams please see a dermatologist near you. They will prescribe treatments based on your skin type.

Hello, skinlite cream is a strong pigmentation reducer cream and shouldn't be used without a dermatologist's prescription. It contains steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin. Though initial effects with the cream are good but prolonged use may lead to thin dry skin with visible thread veins, acne, red irritated skin.
So now you should gradually reduce its use and start applying aloe vera cream.
Take care.

Tretinoin use by pregnant women has not been extensively or adequately studied. Given its lack of a proven track record for safety in pregnant women, advised not to use.
The fda has designated hydroquinone a pregnancy category c substance, meaning that reproductive studies done on animals have shown to have adverse side effects on the fetus, but that there is a lack of well controlled studies in the human population.

I will advise against the use of turmeric. Also, hydroquinone, tretinoin creams should always be used under strict supervision by a qualified dermatologist. Otherwise it may lead to exogenous oochronosis which causes resistant pigmentation.
