I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in my right cheek, got the surgery done at mumbai on 29-11-17 by doctor. He implanted skin in inner cheek by abstracting the disease. He did neck dissection and also removed 8 lymph nodes. I was released in 10 days and was advised for 30 radiation. I started my radiation from 2nd jan 2018. Now it is also completed. Problem is I cannot eat anything, lately during radiation I feel like to vomit heavily in the early morning. Lots of oral rashes are there. Even I cannot drink water also. Lots of saliva and thick cough is coming out. Lots of burning sensation in mouth. Pain in my ears and back head while drinking water or any juices. My right ears is also closed (tingling noise) since few days. Note my Rad were completed on friday 09-02-18. Pls advice.
