If you forget a dose of aciclovir, take it (or use the cream or eye ointment) as soon as you remember, unless it's nearly time for your next dose. In this case, just skip the missed dose and continue with your next one at the usual time. Never have 2 doses at the same time.

In fungal infection (tinea) amorolfine and luliconazole both are effective but luliconazole is somewhat better .use twice daily for 4 to 6 wks. Keep the area dry and clean. If more area is involved then you wil also need oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole (after proper examination and diagnosis. Thanks.

800 mg 5 times a day, but this high dose require consuktaion for sone other side effect and benefit.
