1.you are suffering from Hepatitis B .
2.you have to regularly monitor your HBsAg,HBeAG, HbvDNA ,viral load estimation by PCR,LFT 3-6 monthly.
3.Antiviral treatment may be considered in patient who are HBeAg positive, HBv DNA is greater than .20,000 IU/Ml and liver biopsy is indicative of hepatitis changes
4.Consult Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist for advice and treatment
