In 2016 I was diagnosed HepB positive. But within 3-4 months I resulted Negative to the infection. But from past few days I am experiencing mild pain in lower abdomen (Not always, sometime) so I tested LFT and HbsAg. So now LFT results are all within normal value. And HbsAg result is Negative. So my query is what can the possible reasons for such mild pain? And do I need to worry about anything which may be linked with my past HepB infection? Thank you.

Usually Hepatitis is not very serious, but rarely it can cause chronic Liver disease or liver failure. One can have two causes in a patient. Hepatitis D needed to be done in Presence of B only in some circumstances. Hepatitis can reccure.

It's perfect, you have to go for Penta, one more time. Go for rotavirus vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine from private if not available at government hospital. Mmr 9 mt, typhoid conjugate vaccine at 10 mt, hepatitis A vaccine at one year of age.

I would like to vaccinate myself for Hepatitis B, but I was diagnosed for sub clinical Hypothyroidism (hashimoto hypothyroidism) from an year with Anti TPO of 282.9 IU/ml. TSH (5.2). T3 (1.11) and T4 (7.0).The tests were of 6 months back. I am not on any medication. I have read in wikipedia that Hep-B vaccine can be a doubted-causative factor to another auto immune disease called Multiple sclerosis. I am little worried to take vaccine for this reason. Symptoms are Abdominal pain.
Dark urine.
Fever.
Joint pain.
Loss of appetite.
Nausea and vomiting.
Weakness and fatigue.
Yellowing of your skin and the whites of your eyes (jaundice)
