Though pt1, n0 is stage one cancer which after your surgery is now completely removed. As far as post operative radiation is concerned, it is given to reduce the chances of recurrence. No need of liposuction. First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don’t overeat
2. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Be specific whether your diabetes is too old or two years old. Because you can get numbness because of uncontrolled diabetes of longer duration resulting in diabetic neuropathy. Some times nutritional def can also can give you similar trouble. Get your hba1c, s, proteins, s creat, tsh, cbc, s. B12 levels done.

In a patient with long standing diabetes peripheral neuropathy is quite common. This can happen even with a fairly good control. Because high blood glucose affects peripheral nerve functions. Treatment is to achieve strict glucose control (fbg < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% <6.5%), plus take drugs that are supposed to be helping in improving nerve function and control the symptoms.
