Hepatitis b vaccines give immunisation up to a few months only.
Untill you are not at risk of getting infected it is not required as per my views.
Those are medical personnel
or who have more than one sexual partners, require the most.

Most people who are vaccinated with hepatitis b vaccine are immune for life. Hepatitis b vaccine is usually given as 2, 3, or 4 shots. Infants should get their first dose of hepatitis b vaccine at birth and will usually complete the series at 6–18 months of age.

HBsAg vaccine should be easily available in any good-sized pharmacy. Costs around Rs. 100-150 per dose. No food restrictions. 3 doses need to be taken: Day 0, then after 2 months, last dose after 6 months of first dose.
