sle is an autoimmune illness
she's taking proper treatment
my sincere suggestion is to wait for some relief so that she can be off medicines for few months
may be getting pregnant after she's got treated will help her in the long run as autoimmune illnesses occurs on its own or disappear with long months of relapse and relief from illnesses

Please don't take those drugs without a doctor's instruction. Currently those are approved only for health professionals and those exposed to known covid. The drug has many side effects.

No, this value of creatinine isn't suggestive of any kidney ailment. But I would suggest that as better drugs with lower side effects are available for ra, so you better switch on to them. Book an appointment with me so that I can guide you properly regarding further treatment of ra.

Hello. There are other options like leflunomide, in case you are intolerant to methotrexate. Considering you are already on steroids and 2 dmards (sulfasalazine & hcqs), I would suggest you take any biologics therapy for better control of your disease like adalimumab or etanercept or tofacitinib etc.

Try increasing folic acid to 5 mg once daily, except on the day of folitrax. If you still continue to have ulcers, consult your rheumatologist. If you have skin rashes or loose stools along with oral ulcers, then stop medication and consult your rheumatologist immediately.
