No scientific answer is possible as you can understand such studies are not ever done and were not possible but scientific logic says- no problem.
However if not in hurry best time to get pregnant is 2 weeks or more after second dose.

Hii I m going for injectable iui treatment and with ovitrop injections on 5, 7, 9 day and after gmh injection the follicle size is 20 mm of left ovaries and right ovaries 16 mm, 16 mm on day 14 et 10.2 and 5 pm of 14 day had hcg trigger shots but day 15 had bleeding with clots so I m worried whats that because tomorrow they will do iui at 9 am. Is anything wrong or they will not do iui because of bleeding. please tell me the cause of bleeding.

Sometimes bleeding may be present when the follicle ruptures, but not in excess.
Still you need to consult your doctor on schedule, as she will only decide that whether iui can be done or not.
Till then take precaution as advised by your doctor.

I have PCOD. Prescribed clomifene for 5 days from 2nd day. Den GMH INJECTION ON 5TH AND 7TH DAY. TODAY ON DAY 12, I HAVE 3 FOLLICLES OF 18.6 MM ON MY LEFT OVARY AND 2 19 AND 1 16 MM FOLLICLES ON MY RIGHT OVARY. LAST MONTH I HAD 2 DIMUNANT FOLLICLES AND EVEN AFTER TAKING HCG 5000 IT DID NOT RUPTURE. WAT SHUD B MY NEXT STEP?

Hello, You have to wait for 2 more days to allow follicles to reach 22 mm size before a 10000IU hcg can be given to allow rupture of follicles.

Going thru ovulation study. Clomiphene citrate day 3 to 7, Hmg 75 on day2 and day 4. Today its 9th day- 11×10mm in right ovary & 5×6mm in left ovary. endometrium-5.3mm (my extra from day 2 to15) What to do? My doctor ask me to go for another ultrasound on day 12 to see if 11×10mm egg reaches maturity. But she didn't gave me another hmg injection today as the follicles are not dominant? So this cycle is a waste?

Pcos requires prolonged injection to reach maturity. The ovulation may be delayed. Fsh injection may be better in pcos.

If you have taken one dose of injection hmg, it will not help. You may have to take another opinion.

I am 31 year old. This is my 4 iui. My doctor give me hmg150 iu on 5 and 7 th day. She called me for scan on 10 day .there were 3 follicles 14.7,14 and 15. That day she also gave me menotas 150 injection. And called 12th day. 12 day my all follicle rupture. Is follicle rupture immature or they reach after certain size then mature. Why hmg injection on 10 th day again. Could you please clear it. It would be great help.

There is no fixed pattern of injections.
Depending on observations made need of injection changes so there is nothing to clear it.

For PCOD, ovarian stimulation has to be carried out for ovulation in order to get pregnant. Initially oral tablets are given like Clomid, Letrozole and if there is no response or pregnancy then Injections are given. If you start with injections they will have to be continued till the follicle grows. Sometimes it takes longer. Also you will have to be monitored for multiple follicular growth.

Donât worry, progynova in a dose of 2 mg twice daily is often prescribed from day 8 of periods to day 12 to facilitate increasing the endometrial thickness especially in cases where clomiphene citrate is used for ovulation induction..
