Dear Sir Thank you for your query. Magnesium supplement is not a recommended treatment for anxiety disorder. Treatment of anxiety is a combination of medication and psychological therapy. Certain healthy lifestyle techniques like regular exercise, yoga and meditation and relaxation techniques can also help. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management.

Don't take them daily. Choose natural methods. Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.
- Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.
- Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.

Hello dear Lybrate user, hi
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Diet management depends upon the type of stone. For 10 mm stone ESWL procedure is required, rest of the small stones pass away easily. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL

Hye.
Firstly understand that no remedy works in isolation. If your diet is not good, no amount of juices, vinegars will help.
So, first try to improve your basic diet.
Only then you can take the apple cider vinegar. Also, I must tell you, many people are not tolerant to it so start with only a teaspoon in a glass full of water. In fact lime water, alla juice also give you results and are safe too.
