Asked for male, 27 years old from Bhagalpur

I had flu and after flu gone away .my 1 tonsil and gland is inflamed and it's not getting normal from last 3 months. There was pain in gland due infection but after gargle pain got away. Consulted 2 ents offline and 1 online. Tried amoxyclav azithro cefpodoxime but still no cure. But gland is recovering very slowly. I don't know what to do?

I am 47 years old male, I got viral fever before 12 days fever controlled from 2nd days. I was prescribed 3 days course of cefpodoxime. Bloating and mouth ulcers problem persists for 8-9 days. Cbc first report shows platelet 1.11, wbc 3800 doctor suggested another 10 days course of the same. Second report shows platelet 1.25,wbc 3400. Since 3 days my intake is much improved. What should I do?

I am 24 years old. I am suffering from ulcers on tongue and mouth also and inflammation in lower jaw under tongue and inflammation in both sides of tongue. When I take Darolac tab and (Cefpodoxime proxetil +potassium Clavulanate )tab along with Hexidine (Chlorhexidine) mouthwash it gets cured but after leaving the medicines it reappears. What is the cause of this? How could it be treated permanently? I want a complete and permanent cure for this.

My daughter is almost 20 months old and have been running with high fever for 2 to 3 days.. Fever being 102 to 103 degrees. Have consulted a doc here in Mumbai but medicines don't seem to work. Her fever returns post few hours of dosage. She has vomited too esp post taking medicines in her anger since she didn't want to take medicines and we had pushed it down her throat. We aren't sure of the height exactly but doc mentioned she is fine with respect to height, age and weight. Medicines prescribed - 5 ML Macpod 50 twice a day for 6 days and 3.75 ML meftal P thrice a day till fever exists. This wasn't working so we again checked with the doc and he suggested to give 6 ML Crocin instead of meftal. She falls sick every 3 odd months with fever and get running nose too. We are really worried and thinking of getting blood and urine tests done. Pls suggest.

Yes if there are frequent infection like this then you must get cbc blood culture urine r/m and basic abdominal sonography shall be done. However these kids in infancy or around infancy do develop frequent seasonal infection specially flu like illness what is evident from history given by you as well. After giving tab within 2 hrs. His temp becomes normal. He is feeling very weak, not at all interested in having food, feeling very cold when fevers creeps up, body ache. He has no cold. Once or twice he had vomiting after having food. He also took gudcef 200mg for 3 days but now has been discontinued. Kindly suggest what to do.

My daughter of 21 yrs age, 52kgs, 5`1, normal periodic cycle. She has been suffering from pain in and around her lower abdomen, waist and that pain spreads throughout both limbs upto ankle joints. Gyneacologist as well as general physician have been consulted. They have diagnosed as muscular cramp and advised medicines which are going on. She has constipation since birth. Usg of whole abdomen done and the report is absolutely normal in all aspects. But the pain still persists. Etova mr, astymine, laxit plus, pan d, digene and gudcef 200mg are being continued as per medical advice. Please advise.

Zoha is having tonsils since 4.5. Days with intermittent high fever. On side of tonsils is swollen with with many white spots on and around it. Took augmentin 625 and enzoflam for 2 days just fever goes away for 4.5. Hours but tonsils remain same. Similarly with clarinova and gudcef cv 200 after 2 days fevers goes for 4.5. Hours. But tonsils pain is increasing.in above both cases fever goes only for 4 to 5 hours when she take medicines else due to severe pain tonsils comes again. My sugar levels 100 after food. Dr. prescribed me doxy ,gudcef boxer, intiwash,bromezen so I recovered. But this month also I have same complaints but no pain. The predisposing factor is sex I feel.
