Fungal infection needs to treated with oral antifungals like fluconazole, itraconazole, terbinafine, griseofulvin if it is extensive. Otherwise creams- amrolfine, luliconazole, clotrimazole, terbinafine, dusting powders- clotimazole, soaps - ketoconazole can be used.
White spots can be because of a few diseases so it needs to be seen do that a diagnosis can be made.

Hi. No need to worry because this fungal infection is absolutely curable. U have to take regular oral medication for 1 month and topical for 1 to 2 months. Now a days patients are developing resistance to itraconazole (alcros, dermitraz)so if you are not getting any better with this and the condition stil persists then a full course of tab griseofulvin can be tried. First of al stop quadriderm if you are stil using it. For jock itch (tinea cruris) itraconazole 200 is usually prescribed for 2 to 4 wks (other oral antifungal medications are also available for the same like terbinafine / griseofulvin.
