All medicines have side effects. Ask your Dr. if he wishes to try glycomet plain 1 gm after dinner daily for 2 months. If you wish to try without medicines, that may be the best. Increase low glucose foods, reduce high glucose foods. For specific instructions please discuss on phone. Best wishes.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
Blood glucose value mentioned is too high. Suggesting present treatment needs to be upgraded. There is a need to add some additional medication, plus also give a closer look at your diet, exercise and weight. Thanks.

•garlic extract. Garlic contains allium sativum, a compound with antiviral properties. Crush a fresh clove of garlic and apply the crushed pieces to the wart. Cover it with tape or with a bandage and reapply daily. Note: garlic is known to cause chemical burns o...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
Madam as I can see that you are already on multiple medications both oral and insulin injections. Plus there is a need to know the level of kidney function like serum creatinine, urea, microalbuminuria, lipid profile and egfr. You have not given any of the relevant information. So there is no way to give any opinio...more

As your fasting is ok. Continue same dose of glycomet gp 2.it seems your carbohydrate consumption is high 1. As post prandial is high. Tight control your diet. 2.ideally check after every meal. Post meal should be 150 around if you are not old age and don't have other problems. 3. You should starts acorbose or voglibose preparation after meal. 4. Post-meal control is very important. One time you should get done continuous glucose monitoring.
