Asked for female, 35 years old from Chandigarh

I had my one ovary and one fallopian tube removed due to 12 cm cyst last may 2018. I have a six year old son and I want to plan another child. My weight is 90 kg and I am 5'4" my husband is 5'8" and 87 kgs. In my first pregnancy, doctor gave me m2 tone for 2 months and then clomifene citrate and I conceived. Is it possible now also?

TTC since 8 months. I have one tube block. From last 3 months I was on clomifene citrate. This month I had hcg 5000 injection on 14 day, said to have intercourse for 3 days and gave duphaston from 17th day. On 23rd, 24th day I found a brown discharge in vagina but not in panty. Again on 27th day n 28th same thing. Is this spotting is side effects of above inj. And tablets or anything else. Even though egg gets ruptured from 3 months why pregnancy is not happening in my case.

Spotting can be due to cervical erosion and many times our uterus does not hold the egg with sperm and leads to no results for the treatment

Hello doc I start my clomifene in day 3. Then I did first follicular study day 8 my ro is 1.851.43 cm and lo is 1.31.4 cm. Then day 12 ro egg rupture and lo is msf et is icm tri liner pod fluid+. Doctor told get sex with husband and come day 13. But that day doctor told my both ovaries is msf. This cycle not possible. My confusion is that if my egg is rupture then why not I am getting pregnant and then why doctor told this cycle not possible.

Its not that easy to get pregnant once you cross 30 years and in your case may be the egg released was not healthy or alive. Usually injection is given on 12th day which causes follicular rupture on the next day and sex has to be done in these 2 days for conception. Better you ask your treating doctor.

I was advised to take this medication clomifene citrate 50 mg from this cycle from 3rd day of my periods i.e yesterday 28/4/2020 my lmp was on 26th of april then I was told to take susten 400 mg daily 1 tab for 15 days from 15th day I would like to know what is the success rate of this medication as I starting from this month please guide me.

Hi got married 4 years ago. But am TTC from past 7 months with no success! My hormone analysis report and my husband report is also normal. Previous month doc suggested me clomifene citrate 100 mg .And ultra sound scan predicted follicles are 19 mm and 17 mm on the day 11th. Doc gave me an HCG shot .But I failed to get pregnant. I don't know what's the reason behind this .Even though everything is normal.

Please note this is termed as unexplained infertility. Since it has been only 7 months that you have been trying and everything is fine for both of you , so you can try for another 3-4 months if you do not conceive then we would recommend IUI for you.

I am suffering from pcod and trying to conceive with medication of clomifene citrate 100 mg. Follicles are growing more than one in size 18 mm to 36 mm.in those one is ruptured in each cycle. But not convinced since 6 months. Now in scanning 72 mm simple cyst is in overy. Kindly advise me what to do .whether it goes itself or tondo surgery .what is the treatment.

Hello doctor my lmp was april 26th, today is my 5th day. I am diagnosed with pcos, so doctor advised me to have regestrone 5 mg to get withdrawal bleeding, which I got on april 26th now I am advised to take clomifene citrate 50 mg daily one dose for 5 days, starting from day 3 so I started taking from day before yesterday i.e on 28/4/20 after 15 days I am advised to take susten 400 mg daily one dose for 15 days now my question is as I have pcos with clomifene will my ovulation happen within 7-10 days or will it long time? Now if in case I don't get ovulation within 7-10 days and if it delays. As I keep taking susten 400 mg from 15th day I would like to know should I take susten 400 mg from 15th day or should I delay it. Because if ovulation delays and I take susten will it help in pregnancy now my main intention is to conceive so please keep that in mind and advise me asap doctors waiting for your reply.

This can be answered accurately only by doing an follicular study or an urinary LH kit to find out the day of ovulation and then start susten.... on the other way, if at all ovulation delays you can start susten from day 19 or day 18 because ovulation should have already done by then

Hello! Doctor am 27 years old, we r trying to conceive from 1 year, semen is normal my periods are regular for the first month I had taken progynova-2 mg for 14 days and clomifene citrate-50 mg for 5 days, The follicular report shows on 15th day right ovary-msf and left ovary-1811 mm with ET-8.4 mm without any injection I had ovulated on the 18today bt I was not conceived. I started repeating treatment for second month I had progynova-2 mg for 28 days and clomifene citrate-50 mg and ubidecarenone- 50 mg for 5 days I had again follicular study it shows on 13th day right ovary- 1716 mm and left ovary 1512 mm with ET-10 mm and no free fluid in pod on 15th day right ovary- 2015 mm and left ovary-1913 mm with ET-14 mm no free fluid in pod and on 17today right ovary- 2622 mm and left ovary-14*11 mm with echogenicity ruptured with ET-16 mm periovulatory with free fluid on which day the follicle ruptures and after rupturing how many days I should have intercourse. Is there any chances of conceiving pls help me.

I am 28 year old, chocolate cyst (4 cm) left ovary present. Married for 1 year. I got pregnant with monochorionic diamniotic twins after 2 cycles of clomifene citrate. Cardiac activity was present in 6w5d scan but 8w5d scan showed absent cardiac activity. I had covid infection at 6w. I am really depressed. Will I become pregnant again? What is the cause of my abortion? My thyroid function and sugar levels are normal.

This probably has happened due to the stress of infection. You have chances of pregnancy but better to wait upto 6 months before trying to recover completely.
