3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. A pinch of salt will never be excessive in a full glass of water. In a day if you do 5 times rinse with this then the amount of salt used is less then the amount you eat in a day. Yes your dentist is correct, there will be no harm with warm saline rinse if you do through out your life.

No home remedy is the alternative for the scaling and root planing.
So better to visit the dentist and get proper scaling and root planing. Medicines.
And warm saline rinses.
I repeat go for scaling and root planing. Your gums will bleed too much during scaling but do not panic and much your gums bleed better results you get afterwards. Soon after scaling you will have healthy gums and no bleeding within a week.
Use thermokind f tooth paste after scaling.

Hello lybrate-user ji
very difficult to analyze this without pictures. Generally post extraction discomfort is normal for a few days. Any escalation in pain should be immediate brought to the notice of your doctor to avoid any sequelae. Most usually simple medicine (which are a continuation of post extraction prescription) and some changed oral hygiene habits can drastically improve the situation.

If after taking antibiotics for 13 days, and doing betadine gargle 3 times a day, still you can see vesicles in the throat, you need to take a swab for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity, and take culture specific antibiotics. Please consult an ENT surgeon who will do the needful in this regard.

Hi
1st of all try quitting smoking and then I would suggest you to take an antibiotic therapy so that the throat infection settles.
I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor to get a legit prescription of antibiotics.
Regards.
