First find out what you are allergic about and try to stay away from it. Most of us are allergic to dust. Some are allergic to cold climate, pets, perticular food items etc. Do daily steam inhalation. Avoid unwanted nasal drops. Take lots of vitamin rich food like vegetables and dry fruits.
