after the recent change in medicine, your sugar levels are much better
keep a closer watch on your fasting sugars repeat your sugars (both fasting and 2 hours post breakfast) after a week, if fasting more than 140, then your night dose is to be adjusted
check your sugars on 27/4/29 and get a consultation.
