You can consider postponing insulin for some time. Ask your physician about" voglibose/acarbose and sitagliptin medicines"

I note that the problem is with the pp values. Even on the present regimen, your hb a1c is reasonable particularly if you have had diabetes for > 10 years. I would suggest you try the follwoinf dietary changes:
if your fasting values are > 120 and pp values go above 180, reduce the quantity of carbohydrate (rice, wheat, rava, maida) in each meal and increase the quantity of protein (dhal, egg white, fish or chicken. Monitor blood sugars with glucometer as follo...more

I suggest that you take a light snack at arond 10 to 10 30 am to avoid the hypoglycemia before lunch. For fine tuning diabetes control try the following
