Dear lybrate-user as I can see your blood sugars are very much under control as per your recent reports, I suggest you to watch for low blood sugars symptoms (hypoglycemia). Till then you can continue the same regime #besafe.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
The details given are unclear. Since there is no mention of actual fasting, PP glucose levels,& HbA1c% there is no way to give any suggestions. Because by saying " sugar level & HbA1c5 are in good control" I do not understand what is considered as normal. thanks.

Treatment is advised only once the levels cross 10 milli units or there are troublesome symptoms with lower tsh levels. As regards food intake you have to have a balanced diet, but avoid certain foods like - soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, peanuts, radish, mustard a...more

The treatment was correct. You can take tab tranexa mf thrice daily after food for 3 days to reduce the bleeding. You can take letroz again from d3-7 and the same follow up for 2 more cycles. If there is still no outcome, you can check for patency of tubes. In the meantime, try to reduce some weight with healthy lifestyle and diet. You can also take t ovabless 1 tablet twice daily after food.
