Your sugar levels are uncontrolled but they are not touching any panic value. So you needn’t worry as much as you are worrying right now and the only remedy in your condition would be to alter your medicines for the best benefit. You need to understand that we are always in a dynamic state of sugar control meaning by which no single medicine can be prescribed for life as the sugar levels keep on fluctuating in the body. I would recommend you to seek a private consult with me.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. Usually metformin is very well tolerated. Often seen side effect include gastrointestinal disturbances, which reduce on taking the drug after food. Pain in knee joints is unusual. However, since you have that, one may have to some other options which could include sglt - 2 inhibitors along with insulin. Equally important is to look at your dietary pattern and extent of physical activity. Thanks.

It seems that the diet also is not being followed. Please follow strict diet and exercise. Continue current medicines and add tab olymprix 20 mg one after breakfast and tab pioz 15 mg one after dinner. Check blood sugars after 10 days and consult your doctor.
