Most of these medicines are quite safe in the long term. However, nowadays, we don't prescribe daonil (glyburide) as often as in the earlier days. The reasons being, there are better alternatives available. Daonil, because of its long duration of action, can cause troublesome hypoglycemia that takes a long time to resolve.

Diabetic medications do not cause hair fall. I do not know why you got the idea. Increase your medications under the supervision of your doctor until your sugars come under control.

You can shape up your nose on temperory basis with the help of make up. But if you want to correct it permanently .you can opt for cosmetic surgery but as you know everything has pros and cons .so the success rate depends upon the experience of the operating surgeon as well response of your own body towards the procedure.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, and it is very clear from those that your blood glucose levels are too high and diabetes is totally uncontrolled.
There is an urgent need for upgrading the treatment. I am a bit surprised to see that you are taking Tenelegliptin & metformin twice a day, when it is recommended only once a day. Plus you are on Glibenclamide an old molecule when there are better drugs available. Plus there is a need to give a closer look at your diet an...more
