Causes:
The most common cause of toe numbness is direct compression of the nerves of the foot from footwear from shoes. Numbness of the toe can occur because of injury to the foot, nerve damage (neuropathy), and poor circulation to the foot (such as with diabetes and peripheral vascular disease)

I am sorry to hear about your disabilities after the above knee amputation and osteoarthritis of the other knee. Weight gain in this situation is due to severe reduction in physical activity. To some extent you can compensate by exercising your arms, abdominal muslces and back muscles systematically. To control your sugars better you can try the following

Hi, lybrate-user.I do not see any problem in your reports, except your HDL level which is low (Need to be increased) and Vit D is borderline ,but be assured that this does not indicate any serious issue at all, All you need is regular exercise and proper diet. Take care.
