Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis.
1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen).
2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning.

Hi.

To avoid dryness of the eyes, the simple solution is to keep blinking the eyes frequently as it produces natural moisture in the eyes!

Hold tap water in your flexed palm, dip your one eye closer to the water level, shut and open your eyelids often. Do the same with your other eye. Repeat this whole process 1-2 times more in a day.

Give your eyes proper rest.

Can keep slices of cucumber or potato or used tea bags over the closed eyes for sometime.
