Good evening. I've been suffered from infection since june 2022. I just started itching one day and then I went home to check my vagina and I saw a white coating around it. It was really itchy so I washed thorough with warm water but it was still itchy. I started using mycoten cream but to no avail. In august, I went to the medical lab for a test and the results showed that I had heavy growth of yeast infection and e.coli. I started treatment immediately with ciproflaxin 500 mg, doxycycline100 mg and mycoten pessaries for 6 days but the itching kept coming back with heavy clumpy discharge. I later used klovinal insert for 12 days and then gentamicin injection for 5 days but it still came back. I went for another test in september and I was told that I had klebsiella and candida. I started treatment again but i'm still itchy with yellowish clumpy discharge and I don't know what to do. Please I need help.

See medication alone will not help. You need to keep urself dry, don't wear moist undergarments, change twice, don't use public toilets and drink 3 to 4 lit of water.

My wife's age is 49 and wife's foot is a flat foot. There is a problem for walking in a routine. Hens we have taken MRI of the foot. After the decision of the artho doctor, he operated by on 27 Aug. 2018 for ankle swelling problem. There is insert two screws for this problem. After 1 month there is a huge infection done in the operated place. Ortho Dr Has clean it and stitches again it. For the founded bacteria use vancomycin vial 20+gentamycin vial 25. After this treatment in Oct. 2018 wife has gone acute kidney failure and creatinine is going up to 15.39. nephrologist doing quick one by one 4 dialysis. Under 1-month treatment kidney function come in normal position and today's creatinine is 1.17. But from October 2018 to yet vertigo problem continues after walking and moving the head. We have shown to a neurologist and they said us this problem is done due to higher antibiotics. And they have doing some test i.e.vhit, balance test, gait and vestibular rehab. Dr.has are given us some exercise for the said problem. Hence I request herewith please Go through and consult us.

Do contrast bath ie. Take two tubs in one you can fill hot water (ie. Bearable heat) to immerse the feet in the tub and you will have good effect ie. Warmth effect. Further to that wipe with towel and immerse the feet in the cold water (ie. Ice water bath) which will help you to reduce the inflammation. Hello Dr. My mom aged 54 has been experiencing frequent urination, overactive bladder and urine incontinence, accompanied by burning sensation during urination from quite sometime. She's not able to control her urine & so almost 2-3 times daily it leaks out. We got her urine routine & culture+sensitivity test done last week whose results. Colour: yellow appearance: clear sp. Gravity: 1.030 ph: acidic protein: negative glucose: negative ketone: negative urobilinogen: negative bilirubin: negative nitrite: negative blood: negative ascorbic: negative urine cells - wbc: large no/hpf rbc: 2-3/hpf epithelial cells: 1+ /lpf urine crystals- amorphous urate: 1+ misc- mucus: 2+ culture- growth condition: aerobic at 35-37 c for 24 hours culture yielded: escherichia coli isolated sensitive to-augmentin 2+, ceftriaxone 2+, azithromycin 1+, nalidixic acid 1+ resistant to- licomycin, gentamycin, bacitracin, tetracycline, amikacin, ciplox. I request you to kindly prescribe medication for her as she can't visit a Dr. Personally due to urine leakage problem. Thank you.

Hi, I am 26yrs, male. In January I was diagnosed with bilateral mild hydronephrosis with 4 mm stone in both kidneys, and cystitis. Used ayurvedic syrups, tablets and antibiotics. Took 4 dose of gentamicin injection for 2 days. During injection time suffered from severe head ache, vomit sensation, no urination for 1day. Then next day done ct scan kub which found to be normal. But after few days onwards I use to experience abnormal urination (sometimes frequent, sometimes less). Even though not eating spicy foods urine becoming acidic pH 6 after used citrate syrup pH came to 7. Getting leg cramps. For which using vitamin d supplement. At present symptoms: less urination pain from back to front of abdomen. Pain near bladder. Reports results: cue: specific gravity: 1.005 pH: 6 serum creatinine: 1.0 urine osmolarity: 85. Doubt's: I know serum creatinine 1.0mg is normal but why its increased from 0.7mg. Ultrasound kub is normal why specific gravity is low? why urine osmolarity is low? why urine pH decreasing to 6? why getting abdomen pain? kindly please answer is there any hidden problem? once again shall I go for ct scan abdomen contrast? Hi, my wife got fever, so when consulted to doctor and had urine test, found she had urine infection so doctor suggested some medicines (UTIKIT - probiotic and probiotic capsules and Cefakind 250). Doctor also advised to get urine test done for me to see if there is any infection, so I had too done the urine test but my doctor is unavailable and out of station for 2 weeks. So I am posting the report details here, so please check and suggest me if I too had any infection and if so please suggest what to do. Report Result: Specimen: Urine Smear Report (Gram Strain): 3-5 pus cells, 1-2 epithelial cells and Gram negative Bacilli were seen. Isolate - 1: klebsiella oxytoca COLONY COUNT: >1, 00, 000/ml ANTIBIOTIC SENSITIVITY Highly Sensitive to: Amikacin, Aztreonam, Cefepime, Cefotoxime, Ceftazidime, Ceftriaxone, Cefuroxime, Gentamicin, Imipenem, Levofloxacin, Netillin, piperacillin/Tazobactam. Going by the reports, you need to treat both simultaneously and avoid coitus till future samples from both of you show no growth on culture. Treatment from your physician with a drug from the most sensitive to antibiotic group for sufficient duration is mandatory.

Sir I am 44 and I am suffering a un-known disease from a long time but all test are -ve. When it start at that time start with COUGH, after 2-3 month it convert HEAVY ITCHING on genital genital area with one potty type area near bottom of penail root. And small ghamori type other area cough is contonou. Itching is disappear after some time at that time I have taken oxytetracycline which is not effect any type. After 5-6 month again itching but not heavy like firt time. And automatic disappear after one week. After a long time again itching come back but not like as second time and automatic within one week. This is work as a slow poison but all test are -ve. I have used medicine like seftraxin, amikacin, gentamicin, they are not effect. But sporidex is effect properly but after 5 to 6 days used pain in urine. One Dr. treat it properly with 4-5 inj use level up to 6-7 ml combine with one inj. After with one test inj Symptoms- Urine smell, pet kharab, cough, body feel like hot/little fever, leg and hand are thin in comparison to center part of body, overall feel weak.

Hi doctor meri age 29 years hai and mai virgin male hu mujhe phimosis nahi hai but meri forskin bahut tight hai glans penis bahut sensitive hai mera penis jab eract hota h tab glans penis me touch hota h to sensation feel hota h and forskin bhi piche karne me pain hota h over all mai bilkul comfortable feel nahi kar pata aise me sex karna to bahut dur ki bat h maine ek doctor se consult kiya to unhone mujhe glans penis ki regular subah-sham olive oil se halke hatho se massage karne ko bola aur sath hi subah-sham Clobetamil G (Clobetasol Propionate and Gentamicin Skin cream) penis ki forskin me lgakar skin ko aage piche karne ko bola maine wo bhi continue kiya 20 days tak kuch relief laga but still bahut problem hai. What should I do please help me?

I want to consult for my mother, age-53y. Three weeks ago she feels mild aches right lower back side occasionally. So we went to gp two weeks ago, gp suggested for usg whole abdomen and urine culture. Usg report is normal but urine culture found escherichia coli (100000 cfu/ml of unspun urine). But no burning sensation during urine. Antibiogram of culture report: amikacin – scefotaxime- cefixime- s ciprofloxacin- norfloxacin- ofloxacin- r levofloxacin-i lomefloxacin-imeropenem- moxifloxacin- Inalidixic acid- nitrofurantoin- s gentamycin- spiperac/tazobactam- samplicillin/sulbactam-s (s=sensitive,i=intermediate, r=resistant) gp prescribed - martifur 100 tablet - once for first 3 days, twice for next 12 days. Syp uriliser- 2table spoon 1/2cup water twice but no improvement after two weeks. Again consult with gp, he prescribe - o2 tablet – twice for 5 days martifur 100 – once for 10 days. But no improvement. As per antibiogram e.coli has ofloxacin resistant. But gp prescribed o2 tablet (ofloxacin-200 mg). Does o2 tablet works against these strain bacteria? Martifur 100 tablet - once for first 3 days, twice for next 12 days. Can this antibiotic effective because initially 3 days once a day (may be low dose, may bacterial got resistant for low dose)? Please suggest another medicine which would be better.

The doctor has prescribed an antibiotic for which e coli is sensitive. If the course is over, after stopping the antibiotic for 48 hrs do a repeat culture and sensitivity.
All her to drink plenty of water also.
