I am suffering with sinusitis for more than 20 years and for headache, would take Anacine type medicine and afterward drops for nose and ears and anti allergy tabs. Now I am 69 years of age and after deciding to go for homeopathic, have been asked to take R 49 of reckweg and a medicine called Ginkgo Biloba for taking care nose, ears, eyes and throat as well as anxiety, nervousness, and skin related issues. Is it safe and good treatment. Advise. Thanks.

Please You can take it I will suggest few points. Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do pranayam daily Put SHADBINDU OIL drops in both nostrils and take deep breath twice a day Avoid direct air to face Avoid cold drinks ice cream etc Take lukewarm water three times a day Continue homeopathic treatment.

I have been using the below supplements for around 10 days. Asparagus adscendens 500 mg Withania somnifera 500 mg Another ayurvedic combination for stress All of the above capsules are taken 1 in morning and 1 night I under the medication of OCD, depression and Anxiety for several years. I am mostly prescribed with antidepressants which are causing sexual dysfunction, weight gain etc. I have informed sexual dysfunction to my psychiatrist and he has told be to take a sexual stimulating tablet 2 hours before the act. I have recently come across a supplement called Ginkgo biloba and also read in many medical researches that it has showing improvement in around 80% people sexual dysfunction due to anti depressants. It was laso told that I have to take a min 240 mg per day in 2 divided dosage to have in order to get good results. Now my question is, can I take ginkgo biloba 240 mg, the current ayurvedic supplements I have mentioned above along with the anti depressants.

There is no semen ejaculation, no sexual desire, semen viscosity is not good and semen volume also very low.
