Dear lybrateuser,
- Have calcium rich foods such as milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese along with a well balanced diet containing a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & also protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, legumes, tofu & nuts
-also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing an outdoor game, moderate weight lifting twice a week .

They just place bone graft material inside the empty tooth socket and places stitches thee After 7 days of healing. Stitches are removed and bone remodels inside which takes around 120 days minimum .to attach with original bone inside.

Low back pain is caused by wrong posture and movement. Our spine bears tremendous load despite this being a vulnerable structure as it is made of small pieces of but ones (vertebrae) arranged one about i've the other. Such an inherently unstable structure gets affected very easily if we don't take good care of it. Hence lifting objects by bending. Sitting for hours in crouched posture ate not good for back.

For improving your bones status Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and Take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months
