Dear lybrate-user,
the medication you are taking for diabetes are standard medication and if your sugar is controlled with it you should continue with it. For peripheral neuropathy good control is the best approach. For sexual problen best to consult a andorogynist. I will not be able to any suggest unani medicine.

Mr. lybrate-user kewalramani, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned and understand your concern. You have mentioned only fasting glucose levels & hba1c%. There is no information on after food glucose levels, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise. Another important aspect is looking at your height & weight with a bmi (body mass index) of 29.35 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter). Your ideal body weight (ibw) should be about 67 kgs, which means there is an excess of ...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. You have mentioned about having diabetes as well as depression. But there is no information on blood glucose, (fasting & pp), hba1c%, lipid profile, dosage of medications being taken, dietary details and extent of daily exercise. With out having all the necessary information, there is no way to advise. Problems with sexual performance are quite often seen as a complication of diabetes, particularly if blood glucose is not well controlled.more
