You might be having peptic ulcer disease. Take tab. Nexpro rd 40 mg before breakfast, tab. Ganaton 50 mg before lunch and dinner, tab. Pancreoflat one after meals thrice daily. For 7 days. If no relief get a ugie and usg abdomen.

You have acute gastritis most likely so can start with PANTOPRAZOLE + ITOPRIDE Combination ( Protera-I capsule) daily before breakfast and add syrup Aristozyme 2 tsf three times a day x 15 days, will help.

Definitely medications for acid reflux like Prescription Drugs like Levosulpride/ Itopride/Esomeprazole/Pantaprazole/Ranitidine etc caused several nutrients deficiencies like Minerals deficiency (Magnesium, Calcium etc) as well as several Enzyme depletion.
