Tablet obimet contains metformin. Whereas vildagliptin is a different compound. These drugs are usaully combined together. But whether to to one or both depends on the glucose levels, hba1c%, I can not answer without all the necessary details. Thanks.

Gliclazide shd be taken once half an hour before breakfast between vildagliptin and telenegliptin, vildagliptin is better as he had robust safety and efficacy date with it. It shd be taken after meal.

I have seen the details mentioned. The glucose levels mentioned look quite good. What is the current hba1c%? That is important to know how the diabetes is controlled. At your age ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 1660 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. That kind of control will help in remaining fit and free from long term complications of diabetes.
