Hi this is dr.Vyas your complain says there may be disc herniation or stinosis in back. First u have to consult with ortho dr. Share me reports ,then go for physiotherapy lumber traction, IFT/ S.W.D. , back flex ion and extension ex. But dont do hyper extension. Hamstring, quadriceps,calf and glutious (buttock) streching . Use hot water bag u may get relief in 10-15 days.
